ABOUT THE BREW:
Soul Patch Sour is our first Kettle Sour brewed by adding lactobacillus directly to the kettle and allowing them to sour the brew overnight prior to transferring to primary fermentation. Next, we racked the beer on loads of pureed pink guava and passion fruit. Tart, tropical, and refreshing.
Style: Kettle Sour
Beer Description: Tropical tart wheat with notes of papaya, mango, melon, and citrus.
ABV: 4% Fermentables: Pilsner malt, Wheat, Pink Guava, Passionfruit Hops: Cascade
