SUPER easy recipe for a delicious beer themed entree with shit you probably have laying around the house!
10oz of a local Amber Ale of your choice (and of course drink the other 4oz)
2 BIG ASS chicken breast (or 4 regular sized if you are not a glutton)
2 cloves of garlic
2 TBSP of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 TBSP of onion powder
1/2 TBSP — Tony Chachere’s (or cajun seasoning of your liking)
1 TSP of red pepper flakes
2 TBSP of olive oil
2 TBSP of fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 large sprigs of fresh rosemary (or a bunch of the dried stuff)
For the Marinade:
Finely chop the garlic and coarsely chop the rosemary and combine them with the beer, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, Tony’s, pepper flakes, Olive Oil, and lemon juice.
Combine marinade with chicken breast in a large zip-loc bag and let sit for around 2 hours.
On the Grill: (but you can do it on the stove if you must, we won’t think less of you… or will we???)
Remove chicken breast from marinade and coat in salt and pepper to taste.
Grill on medium heat until fully cooked
